 CONFERENCES WITH PRINCIPAL

 Conferences with the principal should be arranged ahead of time when possible. This is to avoid conflicts with previously scheduled appointments for students and parents.

 CONFERENCES WITH TEACHERS

 Teachers can generally schedule conferences with parents in the afternoon between 3:00 and 3:30 PM. As a courtesy to teachers, please arrange for a conference in advance and inform the office if the appointment cannot be kept. Parents are asked not to engage teachers in conferences during the instructional day unless arranged by the principal.
